Check out in the morning and proceed to the Land's End or Kanyakumari, 90 Kms away. It is situated at the confluence of the Indian Ocean, Arabian sea and the Bay of Bengal.  

Check into your hotel.  Your half day sightseeing tour will take you to see the Kumari Amman temple, dedicated to the virgin goddess Parashakti. Also visit the Vivekanada Rock memorial. This is constructed on one of the twin rocks jutting out from the sea, about 200 metres offshore.  Next to it is the 133 foot tall, Thiruvalluvar statue.  Lastly visit the Circular fort and the Government museum. 

On a full moon evening, you can watch the unusual sight of the sun setting and the moon rising simultaneously.  Overnight at the hotel. 
Next day: Watch the splendid sunrise, and then check out after breakfast.  Proceed to destination. End of the tour.  (Package Code: KR/HS/KkRI/0077)

Location : South End, Chennai.

Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin), which is two hours away from Kovalam. The three oceans - the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean meet at Kanya Kumari. Sun rise and sun set here are special, soul stirring moments - given an opportunity do not miss the visit to the Cape at sunset if not at sunrise!
